Preparing for the Unspeakable

The FBI reported more active shooter incidents in 2017 than in any other year in the U.S. While no measures can entirely prevent an active shooter incident, there are safety measures that businesses should take to prepare for the unspeakable. During this seminar, our presenters will start by discussing the liability for criminal acts of third parties. Next, they will cover ways to transfer the risk, including contracts with third parties and procurement of insurance. The seminar will conclude by discussing risk management practices to mitigate the risk.
